Does my code expire?

Your code never expires. Points expire after 12 months of inactivity — one sale or redemption resets the clock. Reward codes expire 90 days after you redeem.

Can I use my own code?

No. Self-referrals are blocked automatically — same email, account, or shipping address earns nothing. Share it with people who ride, not with yourself.

When do my points confirm?

Points sit pending for 14 days (our return window), then confirm automatically.

Can I change my code?

Your code is generated automatically from your name plus a few digits, and it's locked once issued. For a serious reason (duplicate issue) contact support — the old code stops working immediately.

What happens if someone returns their order?

Refund within 14 days: pending points are removed. Refund after confirmation: equivalent points are deducted. No penalties beyond that.
