  1. PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT Orders are processed and shipped at our discretion. There is no guaranteed processing timeframe. Orders may take:
  • 1 day
  • 2-3 weeks
  • 30+ days
  • Any duration whatsoever

Processing times are subject to change without notice and at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to provide updates on order status.

  1. NO GUARANTEED DELIVERY DATE 20 Plates does not guarantee any delivery date, timeframe, or window. Shipment timing is entirely at our discretion and may be delayed indefinitely for any reason, including:
  • High order volume
  • Inventory constraints
  • Product availability
  • Our operational decisions
  • Weather, holidays, or other circumstances
  • No reason whatsoever

You acknowledge that your order may take an indefinite amount of time to ship.

  1. SHIPPING CARRIERS We use various carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or others) at our discretion. You do not have the right to choose your carrier. Once a package is handed off to a carrier:
  • 20 Plates assumes no liability for delays
  • 20 Plates assumes no liability for lost packages
  • 20 Plates assumes no liability for damage in transit
  • 20 Plates assumes no liability for carrier errors
  • Risk of loss transfers entirely to you
  1. SHIPPING COSTS
  • Orders over $70: FREE SHIPPING
  • Orders under $70: Standard shipping fees apply (calculated at checkout)
  • All shipping costs are non-refundable

Shipping methods and costs are at our discretion and subject to change.

  1. TRACKING INFORMATION Tracking information may or may not be provided via email. If provided, tracking is for your reference only. 20 Plates is not responsible for:
  • Inaccurate tracking information
  • Carrier failures to update tracking
  • Delays indicated in tracking
  • Lost packages (even if tracking shows delivery)
  1. LOSS & DAMAGE IN TRANSIT Once your order ships, 20 Plates assumes zero liability. If your package is:
  • Lost in transit
  • Damaged by carrier
  • Stolen from porch
  • Delayed by carrier
  • Misdelivered

You must file a claim directly with the carrier. 20 Plates will not issue refunds, replacements, or credits.

  1. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 20 Plates ships domestically (United States) only. International shipping is not available. If you are outside the US, do not purchase.

  2. SPECIAL ORDERS & LIMITED EDITION ITEMS Limited edition and special order items may take significantly longer to process and ship. There is no guaranteed timeframe. These items are produced on-demand and may incur additional delays. All limited edition sales are final and non-refundable regardless of shipping delays.

  3. NO REFUNDS FOR SHIPPING DELAYS Delays in processing or shipping do not entitle you to:

  • Refunds
  • Replacements
  • Store credit
  • Cancellations
  • Refunds for shipping costs

By purchasing, you accept that your order may ship whenever we choose, or not at all without recourse.

  1. PACKAGE NOT RECEIVED If you claim a package was not received:
  • File a claim with the carrier using tracking information
  • 20 Plates will not issue refunds
  • 20 Plates will not replace items
  • Your recourse is exclusively with the shipping carrier

We recommend purchasing shipping insurance if delivery is critical.

  1. MODIFICATION OF SHIPPING POLICY 20 Plates reserves the right to modify this shipping policy at any time without notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting.

  2. ENTIRE AGREEMENT This Shipping Policy, combined with our Terms of Service, constitutes the entire shipping agreement. There are no other guarantees or promises regarding delivery.

BY PURCHASING FROM 20 PLATES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE:

  • ✓ There is no guaranteed processing or delivery date
  • ✓ Your order may ship whenever we choose
  • ✓ Shipping delays do not entitle you to refunds
  • ✓ You assume all risk once the package ships
  • ✓ You waive all claims against 20 Plates for shipping issues
