ZORIX MODS RETURN, REFUND & SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

 

MotoBox Subscription (Mystery Box): MotoBox is a curated mystery-item subscription. Because each box is randomized and assembled to order, all MotoBox sales are final once shipped, no refunds or exchanges for box contents you simply do not like. If your box arrives damaged, defective, or missing items, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace the affected item(s) or issue a credit, at our discretion.

 

Billing & Cancellation: Subscriptions renew automatically each month and are charged to the payment method on file. You can skip a month, change your tier, or cancel anytime from your account before your next billing date. Boxes ship on the 1st of each month; orders placed after the monthly cutoff roll to the following month's shipment.

 

One-Time Purchases (Parts & Accessories): Standard merchandise (seat covers, kill switches, footpeg kits, etc.) are not returnable 

 

Shipping: Orders over $70 ship free. Standard orders ship within 3-5 business days of processing.
